Most items will have sizing information listed in their descriptions. Please be aware that we carry a variety of clothing and that sizing can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Sizing can also vary depending on the material that the garment is made from or the article's style. We will not be held responsible for items that do not fit. If you need more information on measurements and sizing than is listed please do not hesitate to ask. We will always strive to provide as much information as possible about the products we carry so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase.

Basic Shipping Insurance is mandatory and included in your shipping & handling fees.
We do not believe in 'making money' from shipping and handling fees; we will always try our best to ensure that our site is quoting shipping and handling as accurately as possible. Shipping fee information is obtained from Canada Post in Canadian Funds.
Please keep in mind that the shipping fee that you see on the package when you receive it does not include the handling fee for the packaging and administration costs associated with your order; the Shipping and Handling fees that you are invoiced include everything. If for whatever reason our site decides to charge you less than what your package actually costs to ship we'll eat the extra cost.
If you would like a shipping and handling estimate you will be able to obtain one from the check-out page before your order is finalized. Once all of the items that you wish to purchase are added to your cart please refer to the Shipping Estimate Calculator at the bottom of the checkout page.
We will aim to have your package shipped within 48 hours from receipt of cleared payment. Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. You will be provided with an email confirming the shipment and containing any applicable insurance and tracking information for your records. You will also be required to assume responsibility for all applicable fees, taxes or duties imposed by the country that your order is being shipped to. Please note that if for any reason we are not able to ship your package within 2 business days you will always be given notice as to why - either by email or general message from the home-page of our site.
One of my biggest pet peeves about shopping online is when a store doesn't list all of the information that I think I should have known BEFORE making the purchase. You know, like when a pair of pants that's tagged as a 9, that is 'honestly' advertised as a 9, ends up fitting like a 13!
All items are listed with as much detail as we can think of to prevent you from having to go through the hassle of making a return. If you need more information to make an informed purchase please do not hesitate to ask us. It is in our best interest to provide you with as much detail as possible about the item that you want to buy.
All items are inspected before being made available on our site to ensure that they are not flawed or damaged in any way. All orders are well packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Please contact us a maximum of 7 (SEVEN) days after you have received your order to make the appropriate arrangements if you need to return your purchase.
Returns will be for an exchange only, we do not offer refunds or store credits at this time. If you need to return your purchase, the item must be in the exact condition that it left our store. It cannot be worn, washed, be missing tags, etc.
We do not refund shipping and handling costs, duties and extra taxes associated with the original order. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any shipping charges incurred when returning the item.
Many of the items in our 'Intimates' and 'vinyl / leather' categories may be non-refundable due to the nature of the garments.
To check if something is refundable, please contact us BEFORE making your purchase if you believe that there may be a possibility that you will have to return your item(s). If you need to make a return please contact us for further instructions on how to complete this process.
